Refund Policy:
Subscriptions:
- Refunds for subscriptions will only be accepted within 30 days of the billing date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the subscription must be canceled within the 30-day period.
- Refunds will not be issued for any subscription canceled after the 30-day period.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Once a refund is issued, access to the subscription content will be terminated.
In-Person Events:
- Refunds for in-person events will only be accepted within 30 days of the event date.
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing via the support ticket system.
- Refunds will be issued for the full ticket price, excluding any processing or service fees.
- Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the 30-day period.
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after the refund request is received.
Virtual Events:
- Refunds for virtual event purchases will only be accepted within 30 days of the event date.
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing via the support ticket system.
- Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount, excluding any processing or service fees.
- Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the 30-day period.
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after the refund request is received.

Upgrade Policy:
Trial Period:
- Should a subscriber choose to upgrade their subscription to a Premium Package during their initial trial period, you will lose any discounts or free months not associated with the Premium Package.
- Example: A Standard Subscriber who is in their first month free trial that chooses to upgrades will lose the 50% off the next two months due to that not being offered on the Premium Package.
- Once an upgrade has been processed, any subscriber that wishes to downgrade back to the lesser package for the 50% off the 2nd and 3rd months will not receive those discounts any longer.
Outside Trial Period:
- If a subscriber upgrades their package during a given month, they will be charged the prorated amount for the upgraded package based on the days remaining on their active subscription.
- Downgrades from a Premium Package will not take effect until the next billing cycle.
